Light-filled studio spaces in prime Garment District location available for short- or long-term rental. Convenient to fabric stores, costumes shops, theatres, and transportation. Studio amenities include

Exclusive Rental: $1500/week (discounts available for rentals over 4 weeks). Exclusive access to our private space. Includes basic office furnishing, racks and shelving. Ideal for a large show and a full team.

Shared Space- Paperwork: $350/week. Includes access to the shared space and fabric/swatch library; exclusive use of rental desk and shelving; minimal storage. Ideal for pre-production work, assembling documentation, swatching, financials, etc.

Shares Space- Production: $500/week. All of the above, plus additional rack space; more storage; additional keys for assistants. Perfect for wrangling purchased shows, coordinating fittings, assembling build packets, etc. The space can also be reconfigured to provide a more private area.

Private fittings: $60/hour. Comfortable fitting space with large mirrors and natural light, and plenty of room to spread out.

After-hours and weekend access available for a one-time fee of $100 per person.
